Install iLBC For Elastix 2.2

安裝環境：
Elastix 2.2 Std、Asterisk 1.8.7，並執行yum -y update更新。

安裝套件：Web\Elastix\Updates\Packages
1.ncurses-devel
2.speex-devel **沒安裝的話在執行make install後speex會無法支援

iLBC編譯安裝如下：
# cd /usr/src/
# wget http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/asterisk/old-releases/asterisk-1.8.7.0.tar.gz
# tar xvzf asterisk-1.8.7.0.tar.gz
# cd asterisk-1.8.7.0
# ./contrib/scripts/get_ilbc_source.sh   **codecs/ilbc下應該會有51個檔案。
# ./configure --disable-xmldoc   **檢查編譯環境
# make menuconfig
用鍵盤移動並選擇Codec Translators -> codec_ilbc (星號標註)
Click Save and Exit  **按s存檔離開
# make  **開始編譯
# make install   **安裝編譯後的模組
# service asterisk restart   **重新啟動asterisk 服務

查看iLBC是否安裝成功。
# asterisk -r   **進入CLI模式
*CLI> core show translation recalc
正確安裝時iLBC後面不會全為"-"
